ArcaneForged Coffee — Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods or special releases, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination. Orders over a set threshold may qualify for free shipping — check our store for current promotions.

International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at [your support email] and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
